Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with images and colors. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Materials: Given the nature of precious metals and gemstones, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur. For handmade items, these are characteristics of the craft, not defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
Gold/Silver Market: We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on significant fluctuations in the precious metals market.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All jewelry shipments are made via reputed courier, Service like ship rocket and bluedart.
Insurance: High-value items are shipped with insurance. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, the risk of loss passes to you.
Signatures: We require a signature for any order over rs.2000.

5. Returns and Resizing

Standard Items: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.
Custom Orders: Any "Custom Made," "Bespoke," or "Engraved" items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Resizing: We offer one complimentary resizing for rings within [10] days, though shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Jewelry Care and Warranty

Limited Warranty: We offer a 10 days warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover "wear and tear," lost stones, or damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to chemicals or physical trauma).

7. Accuracy of Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
